Individuals learn about the investment management industry, portfolio management, hedge funds and the technologies that drive them, like electronic and algorithmic trading while participating in a variety of training initiatives and “shadow” opportunities with several other divisions within the company. Upon completion of our Leadership Development Program, we expect that you will have the product and industry knowledge coupled with the business and leadership skills to be promoted into a Business Consulting role within one of our U.S. regions.
QA Analyst and Connectivity Consultant Job Functions:
- Learn how our clients use our software to handle their daily trading activities including portfolio management, electronic trading and settlement processes. Gain in-depth knowledge of FIX and algorithmic trading, various asset classes, trade reporting and processing, and exposure to global exchange rules and regulations.
- Work alongside our Product Management and Development teams in delivering cutting edge technology and functionality.
- Test Eze Castle products as if you were a client of ours (traders, brokers, hedge funds, and portfolio managers) and become an expert user of the Eze OMS and other Eze products.
- Implement and support electronic trading connections via the FIX protocol (Financial Information Exchange).
- Work directly with our consulting teams, clients, brokers and third parties on new client implementations.
- Build and maintain relationships with prominent prime and executing brokers, custodians and administrators while working to implement and support data connections between our clients and these third parties.
- Acquire professional leadership, business, technology skills and industry knowledge

Summary
We are looking for a great network engineer with strong UNIX/Linux systems experience that keeps our production SaaS, disaster-recovery, as well as our corporate environment humming. You have at least heard of CCNA, CCDA and have 1 or more to your name. You can maintain firewall and VPN configurations in support of all compliance requirements for the business (PCI DSS). You can manage switch and router configurations with ease but are equally versatile performing UNIX, Linux and SAN system administration functions.
Duties and Responsibilities
? Manage network devices & software, including maintenance, monitoring and backup of current running configurations for:
o Routers,
o Load balancers
o Switches
o Wireless Access Points
o Firewalls, including corporate edge firewalls, test environment firewalls, remote office firewalls, Production edge firewalls and Production Back-end firewalls.
o VPN connections, including corporate and customers.
? Install, manage and maintain various UNIX/Linux servers, on blade technology.
? Manage and deploy virtualization technology, in particular XEN virtualization.
? Proactive monitoring of all servers, applications network devices and services using a combination of tools to ensure high availability and SLA’s. HP OpenView experience is a plus.
? Storage Engineering to maintain SAN/NAS storage.
? Participate in on call rotation to support both internal and production requirements.
? Rigorously create and maintain documentation for all processes and procedures.
? Coordinate with the rest of the IT team to meet the team objectives
Qualifications
? Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
? Experience with SUSE Linux and HP UX strongly desirable.
? 5+ years experience networking, in a Cisco environment
? 3+ years experience in UNIX/Linux systems administration (5+ preferred)
? Advanced knowledge of installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting of UNIX operating systems and Cisco Network devices
? Ability to write scripts in Perl or Shell
? Strong technical aptitude and ability to research & solve complex issues independently.

Position Summary
The Technical Consultant is an individual contributor responsible for managing small projects as well as portions of large implementations independently. The individual in this role will have very strong communication skills and a high level of comfort interacting with others as they will be expected to provide guidance daily to internal consultants as well as to clients. The Technical Consultant will take personal ownership of the success of deliverables and projects.

Required Minimum Qualifications
? Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field
? A minimum of two years of practical business and/or technical experience; including technical expertise in: Microsoft SQL, SQL Reporting Services, Microsoft Development (COM, VB, .NET (C#)).
? Prior consulting experience; demonstrated ability to work and manage projects independently and ability to communicate with the client and project team.
? Significant product and domain expertise and knowledge of relevant business, product or technology in a core technology and/or product.
? Prior experience with Microsoft Technology Stack (SharePoint, BizTalk, and Performance Point) is preferred.
? Experience in CRM systems (Onyx, SalesLogix, MS CRM, or equivalent) or ERP Systems (MS Dynamics AX)
? Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
