Prepares charts and diagrams to assist in problem analysis and submits recommendations for solution.

Assists in the definition and implementation of additions, enhancements, and changes in application functionality.

Works with programmers, vendors and users to ensure requirements are being met and projects are on schedule.

Documents current workflows and processes.

Provide management with on-going status reports.

Actively apply and advocate security and change management policies by identifying and addressing situations that are not in compliance.

Bachelors degree preferably in computer field Four years experience in application support, systems development (including system and problem analysis) preferably in banking, credit card, finance, etc. with emphasis in project management in a variety of business applications.

Requirements: This analyst is required to have strong communication skills with the ability to translate business cases into IT solutions.

The candidate will be required to have top notch interpersonal skills accompanied by a strong technical understanding as well.
