Job Responsibilities

? Act as a full time Scrum Master.

? Remove impediments, track velocity using story points and burn charts.

? Run demos, retrospectives and Sprint planning using planning poker.

? Groom the backlog along with the product owner

Required Skills and Experience

? Experience in a Scrum Master role in a software development environment

? Experience implementing products in an Agile environment.

? Demonstrate velocity implements in teams that you have worked with.

? Experience with Agile or Scrum tools for managing backlogs, sprints, releases, etc.

? Technical experience in software development. Web, .NET, C++ are pluses

? Scrum Master Certification.
